Gravier Placae Apartments is like coming home. |Recommended: YesI've got great neighbors and have met some interesting people living here. Management and maintenance are friendly and professional. It's not easy to make an apartment community feel like a real community, especially in the CBD but somehow they do it
The right choice|Recommended: YesI've lived in Uptown and Downtown New Orleans and The Gravier Place building is a Classic. The management team treats you like Family. The knowledge about the building, customer service, and the follow up of the management staff made our move-in process seamless and stress free. The response to the most minor of maintenance requests is refreshing. We couldn't ask for a better location. Coming home to the seasonally decorated lobby, which currently has Mardi Gras music playing is a small highlight of our day

Terrific property with professional management and effective staff|Recommended: YesGravier Place is the ideal community. Tenants are respectful of one another and seem to do their best to maintain the building's presentation. Amenities here are readily accessible, as are the surrounding neighborhoods like the French Quarter and Warehouse District, which are within walking distance. The newly opened hotels lend to a metropolitan sensation without detracting from the rustic authenticity provided by CBD Downtown's neoclassical architecture. Aside from the occasional building-wide fire drill--which infrequently forces tenants to congregate in the lobby at inopportune hours--Gravier Place is brag-worthy and sure to only get better under the tutelage of an excellent management team. Nothing but high-praise here.
Love it|Recommended: YesI love Gravier Place. Will soon have lived here 20 years. It's convenient to everything - the Dome and Arena, the Quarter, all of the CBD, shopping, streetcars to go uptown and to Mid-City.

Wonderful location, great value, too many service industry people...|Recommended: YesLove living in the middle of everything, great value compared to others places else in the cbd and quarter, if you work downtown you could lead a lifestyle enviable to city dwellers everywhere because you will never ever need a car for anything, and you are steps to all of the best parts of new orleans Wouldnt recommend the inside hallway though, also, it will be interesting to see if any development will take place at 225 baronne,
